The menus are created by the chef instructors focusing on seasonal ingredients. The students at lunch have to create a daily special according to the station they are working that week. At dinner time the students have to create a theme menu based on a specific region, state or country; this special theme menu is called “Chef’s Table” consisted in three course meal for a set price. This special is offered on Fridays only.
The open kitchen view gives an interesting fresh and nice atmosphere for a formal casual dining setting at lunch and on the other hand, at dinner the formal fine dining settings makes your experience very enjoyable. We have a nice patio area for spring and summer to dine Al Fresco. Besides the restaurant menu we offer the Students Chef Creations Sandwiches, a soup of the day, chips and cookies from the baking class.
